Emotional & Physical Support
As your doula...
I will provide both guidance, education, physical and emotional support for the birthing person as well as their entire family for the full duration of
the pregnancy.I will help you to imagine your ideal birth and to draw up a birth plan. We will discuss coping and support styles as well as fears and
concerns. I will work as your advocate to help communicate your desires to your medical providers. According to your comfort I will assist you in early labor at home and stay with you until baby arrives- whether that be at home, hospital, or birth center via vaginal delivery or cesarean. Once baby has arrived I will check in on you in your home and help with any needed emotional support as well as light house work. I will provide you with helpful community resources to use before and after baby arrives.
*I am legally unable to offer any medical treatment or advice for the birthing person or the baby.

$1500 - $2500 sliding scale
50% down at first prenatal visit
50% final by week 38 of pregnancy

Second Trimester
First prenatal visit at either my home or yours
